Roberta has over 25 years of extensive Human Resources and Environment, Health and Safety experience. The scope of her expertise comes from working with privately held small and mid-sized companies as well as publicly traded international organizations in a diverse field of industries ranging from industrial and automotive to hospitality, retail and non-profit. Roberta is a dynamic practitioner with proven success in both union and non-union environments creating cultures of collaboration and implementing change to achieve workforce excellence.
Her EHS specialties include legislative compliance, policy and program development, adult training, risk identification and mitigation, investigation and root cause analysis, disability and RTW management and industrial hygiene. She has the necessary skills to work with the WSIB, Appeals Branch and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal.
