Employer are obligated to provide goods and services in a way that respects the dignity and
independence of persons with disabilities. The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act
(AODA) mandates that all employers provide all their employees with awareness training that
provides awareness to the barriers persons with disabilities face daily and how we should
